Hi there, welcome back! Today I am hopping along with the Happy Inkin’ team, and we have a pretty color challenge for you. I chose to play with the Forever Blossoms Bundle and this time I heavily focused on dies by creating a 3D flower card and of course I tied in some other new products, too. Here is what I came up with.
I love the Forever Blossoms so much and the flower dies begged me to create with them, but I made them 3D just by shaping them with my fingers. No special tools required.
My card base is Real Red, than I cut a 3-3/4 x 5 Real Red cardstock again and ran it through the beautiful and brand new Parisian Flourish 3D Embossing Folder and created a mat for it using Flirty Flamingo cardstock.
I also used my other new favorite die, which is the scalloped rectangle from the Stitched So Sweetly Dies using Whisper White cardstock.
Next, I die cut three flowers using Flirty Flamingo cardstock and 3 using watercolor paper. Using Flirty Flamingo Ink I water colored the the watercolor paper dies and shaped all 3 flowers with my finger and adhered them together and added Peal Basic Jewels in the middle of them. I also die cut a few leaves from the Cherry Blossom dies and two ferns from the Lovely Leaves dies.
Finally I stamped the sentiment on the bottom portion of the scalloped rectangle and arranged the flowers and leaves as shown and popped it all on top of my card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
