Happy New Year!!! I took a little time off, as I needed to recharge for the new year. Hope you had a great holiday season! Tomorrow is an exciting day!!! We get the new Spring Handmade For you Catalogue and Sale-a-bration time starts. Best time of the year as I call it!! But, today as I am hopping along with the Happy Inkin’ team, I have a fun card using a brand new bundle from the Spring catalog called Dressed to Impress. I love so many things in the catalog, and when I looked at this sketch, I could see a pair of shoes lined up and not to mention showcasing the gorgeous Best Dressed Designer Series Papers. Here is what I came up with.
This card is a pretty quick and easy card to create as I let the designer paper lead and those shoes. Aren’t those cute!!! I stamped them with Memento ink onto Whisper White cardstock and colored them in with Purple Posy Stampin’ Blends combo. I love that we have dies to go with them as that makes our lives easier.
Here is another look of the card created with the Dressed to Impress Bundle. Who wouldn’t want a pair of shoe like those? And imagine sending this to a girlfriend? I bet she would love it!
And now it’s time to check out what the amazingly talented ladies created for this hop using the same challenge. I can’t wait to see what you have created. Your next stop is the talented Akiko Sudano!

So sweet! Love that designer paper, perfect sentiment too! 🙂
Thank you Amy!!!! These papers are my favorite for sure!!!
Great card Eva.The colours make me think Spring. I think a lot of fun could be had with that Stamp set.
My oldest grand daughter is 21 and she loves wearing lipstick. She especially likes the reds. One day we were chatting in good humour and I teased her by saying “I don’t understand why you have so many shades of red”. Her reply was “well Nanny , how many Red Copic pens do you have?” Touche!
I am waiting to send her the lipstick in the Stamp set, all in reds.😊💄💄💄
Happy new Year Eva. Gail
LOL….that is such an awesome story Gail!!!! I wasn’t loving this stamp set till I saw the samples with it and I had to get the whole suite as it’s going to be a favorite of mine for sure! And OMG…your grand daughter is so right…we all collect something…and she will love the lipstick card so much. You have inspired me to create something with that…<3
Sweet, simple – perfect!! Love that paper!! Great card. 🙂
Thank you!!! Yeah, it’s clean and simple and the papers make it!
Awesome card, I would love a pair of heals in that color to sas up spring!
Thanks Sandi and I totally agree on wanting a pair of heels in that color…LOL
Great card, Eva. Love your layering. This paper is definitely one of my favorites in the catalog, and your card shows it off well!
Thank you so much! I think everyone loves these pretty papers!
Oh, Eva, you make the prettiest cards, even when you use a stamp set that I have no desire to own. I know, most women love this set, but I have never pretended to care much for fashion, so this one is not on my wish list. You used it very well, and it is ALMOST enough to make me purchase the paper at least. 🙂
LOL…..I totally hear you as I was on the fence about this set, too, until I saw projects made with it. Isn’t that always the case? LOL. And I know you will love the papers if not the stamp set.
