Welcome back!!! Today it’s Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop time and we have a fun color combo. Truth be told, this was a tough one for me, but the Cup of Christmas Bundle came to the rescue. There are so many cute cards and projects you can create with the Cup of Christmas Bundle and this is just the beginning for me, so stay tuned. But for now, here is what I created with this stamp set.
INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE THIS CARD:
(Please scroll down for the downloadable PDF)
Cut the card base, which is Very Vanilla 4-1/4 x 11 score and fold at 5-1/2. Cut a 4-1/2 x 5-1/2 panel from cute hot chocolate designer paper and using Snail adhesive, adhere it to the card front.
Cut a 3-1/4 x 4-1/2 Very Vanilla cardstock and run it through the Swirls and Curls embossing folder and adhere to the card front. Die cut a 2-1/8 x 4-3/4 Stitched Nested Label using Cherry Cobbler cardstock and using Stampin’ Dimensionals, adhere to the middle of the card front.
Stamp the polka dot design mug using Early Espresso ink and die cut it. Adhere it to the bottom portion of the label. Next, stamp the mug outline image using Cherry Cobbler ink, die cut it and stamp the sentiment in the middle once again using Cherry Cobbler and the leafy border using Early Espresso ink.
Die cut two of each candy cane designs using Very Vanilla and Cherry Cobbler cardstock, glue them together using liquid glue and adhere them under the cup and together adhere them on top of the label using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Die cut the open leaf design die using Gold Glimmer paper and tuck it in under the cup and die cut the bow using Cherry Cobbler cardstock and adhere it on top of the cup handle as shown on picture.
Her is a closeup picture the card using the Cup of Christmas Bundle.
