Stamping Sunday Blog Hop

Hi there and welcome to our Stamping Sunday Blog Hop! This month our team is focusing on the Itty Bitty Christmas Bundle and boy, do I love this bundle!!!! I just adore the dies and the sentiments are just perfect! I used all three dies to show you how versatile this set it. So, as usual, we have a card for the beginner, casual and avid crafter. Here are the cards I came up with

Let me start with my Beginner Style card first. It’s a very easy card any beginner can do, or if you are in a hurry, you can create this fast.

I know beginner cards don’t typically have layers, but I felt this would still qualify as a beginner card as there is not a whole lot of steps to create it.

Cardbase is Whisper White, 4-1/4 x 11, score and fold at 5-1/2. Cut a 3-3/4 x 5 Whisper White cardstock, stamp the sentiment on in randomly in multiple places using Sahara Sand ink and adhere to card base. Die cut the die using Gold Glimmer Paper and adhere to card front using Liquid Glue. Cut a 2 x 1/2 Whisper White strip and stamp the sentiment on it again using Sahara Sand ink and adhere to card using Stampin Dimensionals.

Next card is for the Casual Stamper this one uses Pigment Sprinkles and really a quick and easy card to make as well.

Card base is Coastal Cabana, 4-1/4 x 11, score and fold at 5-1/2. Cut a 3-3/4 x 5 Watercolor paper, sprinkle with Bermuda Bay Pigment Sprinkle and spritz with water and dry. Cut a 3-7/8 x 5-1/8 Silver Foil Sheet panel and adhere under watercolor panel and on top fo the card base. Die cut two snowflake dies using Sparkle Glimmer paper and adhere on watercolor panel using Liquid Glue. Stamp the sentiment on a piece of Whisper White cardstock, punch it out using a 2″ circle punch, also punch a Starburst out using Silver Glimmer paper and adhere them together. Cut a 12″ 3/8 Real Red Cotton ribbon and adhere on the back of the sentiment label using Snail adhesive in a banner form and adhere to card using Stampin Dimensionals.

My last card is for the Advanced Stamper. This one is truly in the Christmas spirit with all the gold I used on it. I really love how this turned out…hope you do, too. I will make another version of this and create a video of it. I made this before I went on vacation and simple ran out of time for videos. But hey, you will get to see a different version of this.

Card base is Cherry Cobbler, 4-1/4 x 11, score and fold at 5-1/2. Cut a 4 x 5-1/4 Gold Glimmer paper and adhere to card base using Tear & Tape to make sure it stays down. Cut a 3-1/2 x 4-3/4 watercolor paper, create a watercolor wash background by using Cherry Cobbler ink and Aqua Painter. Dry it and run it through the Stylish Scroll and touch up the raised parts using Golden Glitz ink. Adhere it to the card using Tear & Tape.

Next, die cut and emboss a rectangle Heirloom Frame and sponge some Golden Glitz ink on it and adhere to card using Stampin Dimensionals. Diecut the gorgeous branch die using Cherry Cobbler cardstock and adhere to frame as shown on picture. Cut a 2-1/2 x 1/2 Whisper White cardstock strip and stamp the sentiment on it using Cherry Cobbler ink. Adhere it on the card using Stampin Dimensionals. Die cut two little branches using Mossy Meadow cardstock and tuck them in under the sentiment strip.
