Happy Saturday! Hope you are ready for some weekend fun! Today I have another card created with brand new Joy Clair stamps and this one is called Joyful Wishes with a unique color scheme.
To create this card I cut an A2 size card out of red card stock, than I cut a smaller size of a red and white striped patterned paper and backed it up with white card stock, which I cut down with a pinking shear scissors. Next I die cut a Fiona’s Magic Mirror die out of a kraft card stock and a Mirror Mirror Doily Frame out of light blue card stock.
Next I die cut an oval die cut using water color card stock. I clear embossed my sentiment onto it and painted it in with blue and purple water color to resist the sentiment and I stamped it once again with a dark blue color to have a shadow affect. I stamped the little stars. I laid it on top of gold glitter card stock and using small scalloped scissor I cut the edges around. Using pop dots I attached my layers on top of each other.
Finally I die cut a Peace Dove out of gold glitter card stock and the branch out of green card stock and attached it to my card.
And now it’s time to hop over to see what the other designers created with this stamp set. Here is the list of the ladies for today.
Thanks for stopping by and have a beautiful day!
Hugs,
Loving the layers and colors used.
Beautiful layers, and lovely sentiment with the new stamps!
Eva- I think you know I love your work. I just had to pop over from Joy Clair and say that this card is absolutely amazing. I love all of the colors, the details, the dies used. Perfect!!
